The Organic Farming Certificate is a 36-credit, one-year program offered through a partnership between Delaware Valley University in Doylestown, PA and Rodale Institute in Kutztown, PA. The program can lead to a rewarding career producing food in a way that restores, maintains and enhances the natural world. All terms offer the flexibility to attend part-time or full-time.
Students who complete the program are prepared to work for an organic farming operation or to start a small-scale organic farm.
Financial aid is available to all organic farming certificate students. In order to be eligible for aid, you are required to enroll in at least six credits per term. You can begin the process by completing the FAFSA form found at www.fafsa.gov. Contact the Financial Aid Office with any additional questions
