Ms. Smita Shirodkar Pokharna is a commerce graduate with MBA and the daughter of a businessman who owns the Trade Name of MURPHY. Her passion for plants has taken her through the roof ... to do a terrace top Kitchen Garden in Dadar, Mumbai, when she was single ...and she continues with the same passion after marriage. In fact, she is growing with her green ideas.

As with Yogita Mehra and Karan Manral's GREEN ESSENTIALS in Goa, Smita is a firm believer in "Nothing FREE". People just do not value what they get for free.

Smita has interned at the Mahamaya Nursery & Agri Farm, Sal, Bicholim-Goa, in 2012 and attended the Green Essentials workshops at the International Centre, Goa at Dona Paula.

You bet I am proud to be associated with such a green enterprise and to count Smita among my close friends. We need more young guns like her to turn the whole world green ...for there is just one world with life in it for sure.
