Dear Festival friends,

Less than a month until the 2026 Earth Day Festival in Brunswick on Saturday, April 25!

Please help spread the word and invite all your friends and family to come to the Festival to meet people from dozens of local businesses and organizations for hands-on activities and conversation. Explore practical ways to protect our environment, such as organic gardening, going solar, bicycling, driving electric, building green, and much more. Have fun listening to live music. Dress up as your favorite creature on Earth, march in the All Species Parade, and get a $10 gift certificate to Wild Oats Bakery. And that's just a few of the reasons to be there!

A big shout out to Mere Point Oyster Company for promoting the Festival on their posters for the 5th Annual Brunswick Coastal Clean-up and to The Cryer for being our media sponsor. Check out our full-page ad in their April edition.

How You Can Help

We still have room for a few more exhibits from local businesses, non-profits, and government agencies. If you know a local business who is looking to grow, please encourage them to sponsor the Festival. They can choose whether to have a table or tent at the event, or just advertise in the Festival Program and in the Resource Guide which will be available all year on the Festival website. The Festival also accepts gifts from individuals who want to help keep the Festival free for the public and participating non-profit organizations. Details are available here: https://earthdayinbrunswick.com/sponsor/

In addition to sponsors, we're also looking for volunteers:

1) Help with outreach via email, social media, word of mouth, or putting up posters and distributing bookmarks
2) Be one of our nature hike leaders or fun bike ride leaders
3) Bring your bicycling gear and be in our Cycling Show and Tell
4) Share your experience driving electric and be in our EV Show and Tell
5) Join one of our volunteer teams during the Festival: set up, greeters, activity assistants, wheelbarrow race timers, clean up

For our volunteer signup form and more information, please see https://earthdayinbrunswick.com/volunteer/
