Hello Festival friends,

Please join me in person on Sunday, February 8, between 1 and 2:30 pm at Curtis Memorial library for a Festival info session, or on Zoom the following Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday if you can't make the Sunday session. These info sessions will be a chance to share information and encourage people to get involved to make our Festival a success.

Festival Info Sessions (February dates)

Sunday, February 8 (in person)
Drop in any time between 1 and 2:30 pm
Curtis Memorial Library, Seminar Room 205 (second floor)

Monday, February 9 (Zoom)
6:00 pm (evening session)

Tuesday, February 10 (Zoom)
Noon (12:00 pm)

Wednesday, February 11 (Zoom)
9:00 am (morning session)

I've scheduled four sessions at different times of the day and different days of the week to accommodate as many people as possible.

We'll provide updates about the businesses and non-profit organizations that are planning to be at the Festival, show off the official poster, and discuss our plans to begin promoting the Festival in our 15 target communities.
