Anyone want to join the world’s largest potluck this Saturday?! It’s in Tukwila near some cool restoration sites. See below for more details.

Subject: Invite for Tukwila's World's largest potluck Sat. Aug 13th 1 - 5pm

Hi Sean,

Would you let all the EC folks know they are invited to this event.  It's being held near NWW in the area where the old hotel was removed and will be restored into native habitat.  It's free food and fun for your EC/AmeriCorp folks along with anyone else.  They are requesting folks bring food/drink for 6 people but it isn't required.

Help Tukwila hold the WORLD'S LARGEST POTLUCK

Saturday, Aug. 13th 1:00 - 5:00 pm FREE to the public
Tukwila International Blvd between 144th and 146th Streets

Everyone who lives, works, and plays (that means us stewards) in Tukwila is invited! There will be music, fun activities such as street soccer and of course awesome food with great conversation!
You should just bring a dish to share that feeds at least six people. You might also bring a lawn chair or a blanket to spread out on. If you can't bring a dish, we hope you'll bring your appetite!

This is near North Winds Weir where Tukwila has removed the old hotel by the Duwamish for habitat restoration. For more information:

Also, I'm looking for one person to help me this Saturday at the Delridge Days Festival.  We have a booth there and it would be great to have help in setting it up, meeting the community and with tear down.  10 - 4 includes setup and tear down.

Thanks for spreading the word,

Sharon
