Have you tried the Google Chrome Earth View extension? Breathtaking imagery every time you open a new tab. (video)

For some reason, my students cannot use Google Earth to create a map on the chromebooks.  It keeps asking them to sign in, b it does not accept their sign in.   Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hey Karen,

I would not be surprised if this resolves itself within the next couple of days. There was an issue where both Google Earth and Google My Maps needed to be enabled via GSuite's Admin Console for project creation. What you are describing sounds similar to this bug. See Video: https://youtu.be/rOVQz0g_bts

I believe this has been recently fixed; where only Earth needs to be enabled and not dependent on My Maps also being enabled. Recently meaning this weekend.

However, please reply back if this is not the case and/or it is still broken. Someone here can probably send it up to the team.

Josh
