My Map auto import data upon form submission?

Hello all

Is there an add on or extension that allows a My Map to auto import new data collected by a form upon form submission? I know how to import data from a spreadsheet generated by a form. But it would be super handy to have form submissions self import after a pathway is set up. Does anyone know of such a thing? I am working with a group and we are trying to map the locations of a network of people. This network will grow over time, plus I imagine current members will keep popping up after the deadline closes for the initial invitation to add data to the map via Google form. I'd like a way for later form entries to be added to the map without someone importing them manually.

Hi Anne

You cannot (to my knowledge) do this in Google My Maps - but you could link the sheet to a map in Google Data Studio and this would then update live - (however the maps in Data Studio are not as detailed as Google Maps), this only really works well for country or global level data.
