Help

My students are trying to create a tour on Google Earth, but it won't let them sign in.  Every time they do so it acts as if they haven't and continues to ask them to sign in.  Does anyone else have this problem?  If so, how can it be fixed?

Hi Karen, have you talked with your IT administrator about this issue you're having? It's possible that Google Earth is not turned on for your school. There's some information that may help in the Google Earth Education FAQ (under Common Questions / Trust, Privacy & Security).

You can also point your school administrator towards this Help Center article about how to Turn Google Earth On or Off.
