Update: Plugin v6.1.0.4618

Hi all,

We have made version 6.1.0.4618 of the plugin available on the
developer channel, compiled against version 1.009 of the Google Earth
API.

You can find the developer channel release from the download link at

- Fixed an issue with Icon heading
- New methods for working with Tours:
- GETourPlayer.setLoop
- GETourPlayer.getSpeed
- GETourPlayer.setSpeed
- GETourPlayer.getControl
- GETourPlayerControl.getVisiblity
- GETourPlayerControl.setVisiblity

The release notes and documentation will be updated after the official
release, but in the meantime your testing and feedback of this new
version is appreciated.
