Google Earth Cache

I have developed  my Winform Application with Google Earth embedded and it is working.
Now i want to create a cache for that application so that it can work offline. What do i have to do ?????

I believe that Google TOS doesn't allow you to cache their data.

However, I have heard that using a generic proxy like "squid" would work. I never tried it.
