   Gross, filthy and just plain disgusting isn't it! However it's happening in some places on a larger scale in rivers, streams, lakes and oceans. You would report a person dropping one in a pool, why not municipalities or corporations ! Feces in our waters can never be good and as the old saying goes" A sqeeky wheel always gets the grease. is the eqivilent of the proverbial  saying if we don't speak up nothing will get done! Pleas help the cause with a $5 or more donation to Lawrence Maxwell water fund, 5703 Waywood Dr.  Austin, Tx 78724
