Job Title: Financial Services Payments Consulting Manager

Location: 100% Remote

Contract Duration: 12-month validity

Interview Mode : MS teams

 

Required Skills & Experience :

·         4+ years of proven hands-on experience with payment solutions for ACH, wires, SWIFT, and real-time payment rails.

·         4+ years end-to-end payment processing, settlement, reconciliation, and exception handling.

·         4+ years of experience designing modern payment solutions using APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns.

 

Required Skills:

• Ability to rapidly assess a client’s problem/need and provide fact-based recommendations (target operating model)
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, pragmatic solutions.
• Strong communication skills with experience working in client-facing or consulting roles.

 

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in payments, banking technology, or financial services systems.
• 4+ years of proven hands-on experience with payment solutions for ACH, wires, SWIFT, and real-time payment rails.
• 4+ years end-to-end payment processing, settlement, reconciliation, and exception handling.
• 4+ years of experience designing modern payment solutions using APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Payment’s experience solutioning leveraging AI
• Experience with payment hubs, switches, or core banking integrations.
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 and large-scale payment modernization programs.
• Cloud architecture experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
