Role: Bench Sales Recruiter
Experience: 1 – 4 Years
Location: Panjagutta, HYD ( Onsite )
Shift: EST Timings
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, USC) to prime vendors and clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
Submit resumes to suitable job openings and follow up regularly
Negotiate rates and close deals with vendors
Maintain and update daily reports (submissions, interviews, placements)
Coordinate with consultants regarding requirements and interview schedules
Stay updated with market trends and requirements in US IT staffing

Required Skills:
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Good understanding of US IT technologies
Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn

Ability to work in a target-driven environment
