Role-  Salesforce BSA – Conga CPQ

Location- (Remote)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with strong expertise in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) to drive requirement analysis, solution design, and business process optimization for enterprise Salesforce implementations.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, legal, sales, and technical teams to deliver scalable Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) solutions.

Experience

Required 8–10 years of total IT experience 5+ years in Salesforce Business Analysis Hands-on experience in CPQ & CLM implementations (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Finance) Gather and document functional & non-functional requirements Translate business needs into user stories, BRDs, FRDs

2. CPQ (Quote-to-Cash) Functional Expertise Work on: Product configuration, bundling, pricing rules, discounting Quote generation, approvals, amendments & renewals Drive process improvements across sales lifecycle automation

3. CLM Functional Expertise Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle: Contract creation, templates, clause libraries Redlining, approvals, renewals, compliance tracking Coordinate with legal teams for standardization of contract processes

4. Solution Design & Stakeholder Management Collaborate with Salesforce architects/developers for solution design Provide functional guidance on CPQ + CLM integrations & workflows Act as a bridge between business and technical teams

5. Testing & Delivery Define UAT scenarios, test cases Lead UAT execution with business stakeholders Ensure solution meets business requirements

6. Process Optimization & Governance Identify automation opportunities in Quote-to-Contract processes Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce implementations
