Bikes de Pueblo fixes bikes for people for free and helps folks get bikes by
re-habing and building up bikes from parts. Also, a closely associated group
is developing and Earn-a-Bike" activity for people to work on and eventually
own their own bikes. I am copying them to see if they'd contact you about
the bike.
SD Park & Rec uses bikes as recreational training and activities for people
with physical or other disabilities. I am copying them to see if they could
use an adult sized three-speed bike.
Lastly, on a limited basis the Coalition could accept and then sell usable
bikes accepting whatever is earned from the sale to support our
organization. Let me know if this suits you.

Did you or someone make contact and get the bikes being offered from someone at juvenile hall?
