Is "Earn A Bike" viable?

The Google Group, Earn a Bike, has been dormant for some time. I am not aware of current interest that is actually doing anything in San Diego - do you?

The Bikes del Pueblo folks are active fixing bikes and helping people get bikes. Are there others?

Or should I, as group manager, close this Group or seek to add interested people?
