Title is “Not just selling bikes but peddling bicycle culture”. It’s in the Business section for Sept 1 and tells about a shop, the Flying Pigeon, that organizes monthly short cruiser-style rides called “Get Sum Dim Sum” to go out to eat… get it? Ride to get some Dim Sum?

 

The article also covers a Bike Oven, an off-shoot of the LA Bike Kitchen, and other interesting stuff.
