1. Get the velodrome folks to include info about the Coalition in
their info about the swap meet...? That we will be there, etc.
2. What about letting people/sellers know that ReBike and the
Coalition would collect their unsold items (we could accept or not
stuff we might not want/need) and give a certificate of donation to
our 501(c)3 non-profit. Sellers wouldn't have to cart stuff home.
They'd get a tax write off, if that was of interest to them. They'd
be doing something nice.
This would also serve to promote the development of ReBike.
And if we/Rebike didn't need/want the stuff maybe the FreeBikeKitchen
folks would?
3. Have BikeEd vouchers available for people to buy as gifts for
their friends/family (enemies?). Christmas is coming!
Yes, I know the Road 1 courses are free, but how about Commuter, Road
2, Group Riding skills instruction training for club's volunteer
leaders, Private Lessons for individuals or a family or other group,
ride to work route exploring, etc. ??
