site update

Hello all,

 

I talked to Jessie this afternoon, and got an update on what is going on. She has promised me that on Monday she will get everything to the person that will be in charge of getting the lease together. I expressed several times that we really wanted to have this all wrapped up fast so that we can take advantage of the summer to ensure that we gain enough momentum to make it possible for us to carry over to a new spot when that time came. she again seemed to be sure that something will happen soon.

 

We also discussed cost, and I think that we are going to end up having to only pay for utilities and insurance (we would want and need to obtain insurance anyway) and no other charges!!

 

I am tasked with calling Jessie first thing Monday morning to be sure that the process flows and if all goes well we should at least have a timeline.
