I have found that the top 2 places to post ads and have them viewed right away are Facebook and Craigslist. There are rules to posting on Craigslist and Facebook as well.

The most viewed Craigslist pages in North America are in Manhattan, NY so when you post there, Craigslist employees might end up flagging your posts for removal, from that point just repost that listing.
