Summer Apprentice – Request for Tours/Meetings

Good afternoon!

My name is Aly Runyan, and I’m the Life Skills Case Manager at the Learning Web! This summer, one of my youth will be apprenticing with me as part of their career exploration. They’ll be starting at TC3 in the fall to study Child Development, and my main goal is to connect them with as many local resources and professionals as possible.

I’d love to arrange some brief tours or informal meetings to help them gain real-world insight into the career paths available in our area. They’ll be with me on Mondays and Thursdays from 1:00–4:00 PM throughout July and August. Most Thursdays, they’ll also be attending on-site playgroups at the Learning Web to gain hands-on experience with young children.

Please let me know if any of you would be interested in meeting with us or if you can recommend someone who might be. Your time and support would mean a lot in helping this young person explore their future! Feel free to email me privately! 

P.S. This apprenticeship is fairly informal—no need to plan anything elaborate! Even a quick conversation or walk-through would be greatly appreciated.
