Noto Sans Devanagari (Nepali)

I've been testing Unicode fonts to use in Nepal. I really like Noto Sans Devanagari. I was wondering if the developers could modify this font a little bit so that we can use this in Nepal.

The fonts that I have been using are

Nirmala UI

Droid Sans Devanagari

Lohit Nepali

Annapurna SIL Nepal

Among these fonts I would like to use Noto Sans Devanagari.

In the above attached "jpeg", we would need new glyphs for the first two and the last two requests. The rest can be achieved by ZWNJ. It is an extra step while typing. It would be easier for Nepali typing if the requested combination was the default one.
