Conspiracy to Commit Murder
It was 1981 in the middle of January 1981 in Saskatoon when Becky and
Penny came by to visit around 21:00 in the evening. Donny was still
not back from his mothers in Bellevue. They watched television for a
while, before "The Hit" and Becky went to his bedroom. Penny stayed
in the living room watching television as Becky and "The Hit" had
foreplay in his bedroom. "The Hit" asked Becky 3 times whether she
wanted to have sex. Each time she said "Yes". Little did "The Hit"
know that this night would change the lives of hundreds of people in
the future. They returned to the living room after a few hours, and
Penny and Becky discussed where they were going to go now. They were
getting late for the last bus downtown, and Penny said that they might
hitchhike downtown. They planned on going downtown to 20 TH Street,
and they talked about meeting Becky's family in a bar on 20 TH Street.

The amount of time that Jimmy the Junkie and his Crew had to spend on
him was starting to worry "The Hit". They had been listening along
the front, side, and back of the house since the young man followed
him home from Granville Street when he went to the meeting with Garth
at Wasson and Wasson. The young man on the bus was not Jimmy The
Junkie, Little Mike, Mike, or Jeff. The young man that followed him
back to N Ranalagh was dark blond, light build, 5 ' 8 " and partly
human given the way he threatened to kill the bus driver. The voice
was what "The Hit" remembered as he threatened the bus driver that
day. It was sub human. The partly human young man followed him back
to N Ranalagh, before Jimmy The Junkie, his Crew would reappeared.
"The Hit" is certain that they became aware of the note he waved at
them, his father's death, the estate, the money, the bank, Cayla, and
the upcoming trip to Saskatchewan for Christmas by beginning of
December of 1997. How could they not know? They had clearly watched
all of this materialize since the partly human young man followed him
to N Ranalagh. It was while "The Hit" laid quietly in bed with gout
that he heard that partly human voice once again! He knew that voice,
and he knew this was one of the voices of the Mysterious Financier
behind Jimmy The Junkie and his Crew.

In Saskatoon Penny drove off to Edmonton in 1981, and "The Hit" had
visitors while Garth and Kevin were living at Star Trailer Court.
Kevin Joubert was out on business, and Garth answered the door. In
walked Becky's brother "The Hit" believes his name is Kevin. Kevin
walked in with 2 or his friends. Kevin ended up punching "The Hit" in
the mouth, and Garth came out of his room. Kevin and his two friends
left. "The HIt" believes this was Kevin from the Sands Hotel in
Saskatoon, Kevin from the Pacific Central Rail Station in Vancouver,
Kevin on the street in Toronto, and "The Hit" believes it was the same
Kevin with the Rebels jacket when buying licorice on Commercial Drive
in Vancouver. In the spring of 1998 the Saskatoon Rebels were the
club in Saskatoon, and they would later that year become a Hell's
Angels club. "The Hit" was not sure what the event at the house
trailer was about?

At 910 Victoria Drive "The Hit" walked back into the house using the
balcony door. He walked up the stairs to his suite. He sat down and
thought about what just happened. The Clan from Clavet had
intentionally shared information with the 4 junkies, and they did not
save the 4 junkies when the home invasion occurred by warning their
friends. They trapped the pawns, and they had no choice but to work
along with the Clan from Clavet. Now, Becky, Kevin, BJ, and the rest
of the Clan from Clavet had different people walking on to his
property. The phone call "Is Clay there." These 5 men were not the 4
junkies, and these 5 men were not the Clan from Clavet. "The Hit"
realized he would have no future whatsoever if he shot the Hell's
Angels or the Cartel. Then he thought about the gun amnesty. He had
checked the hours on the door at the Britannia Policing Station. He
decided to try to make it to the Britannia Policing Station at 1661
Napier Street. "The Hit" decided to turn in the gun, and he decided
once again to tell the Vancouver Police Department what their
informant was doing in Vancouver.

They took Hastings Street West before they turned west on Boundary
Road. They passed Adanac Park before turning right on East 1 ST
Avenue which became the Granview Viaduct before they followed Terminal
Avenue to Station Street. They turned right on Station Street as "The
Hit" continued to think about his train ticket. "The Hit" knows he is
paying for the train ticket with the money from his fathers estate.
"The Hit" knows the "Mysterious Financier" knows "The Note" never made
the Canada Post trip to Crime Stoppers. "The Hit" knows Jimmy The
Junkie, his Crew, and his "Mysterious Financier" have spread "The
Note" and his picture throughout Vancouver well before Santa's Holiday
in 1997. "The Hit" knows Jimmy The Junkie would do anything to
continue his current lifestyle. "The Hit" just has a feeling that
"The Note" and Jimmy The Junkie, his Crew, and the Mysterious
Financier are getting out of control. They turned right off Station
Street into the Pacific Central Station parking lot, and they parked
Bob's Subaru Legacy in the parking lot.

being run into a sawed off shotgun? In any event, the Clan from
Clavet was not going to get what they wanted. He has had enough!
"The Hit" turned right away from the man with dark hair, and he walked
west down the steps before turning left into the Britannia Pool. He
walked past the service counter and then he stepped up the stairs
inside the pool to the hallway where the public washrooms were
located. He walked down the hallway to the men's washroom. He locked
himself in the washroom for a moment to think. What would he do now?
He could not even give up the gun during the gun amnesty. He could
not tell the Vancouver Police Department what they were supporting in
the actions of their informant, again. Time is hard to count in a
situation like these few moments. He did not know what to do until
his answer came to the washroom door. Someone tried to open the
washroom door.

Bob left before the Canadian Train started to load at the tracks.
"The Hit" had time to think as he boarded the train. "The Hit's" mind
wandered back to the gangs on the downtown east side of Vancouver. He
waited for the train to load. He still could not believe the support
for Jimmy The Junkie, his Crew, and the Mysterious Financier already
had in greater Vancouver. When he was putting the computer on the
freight transfer car he had been thinking about what he had seen with
the Mysterious Financier earlier in the year. "The Hit" could not be
certain, but he believed he heard a comment directed to him as
"Saskatoon". If you have ever seen the power of the gangs in
Vancouver Canada, they want you to know they are there! Finally, "The
Hit" boarded the train to be informed about a delay in leaving the
Pacific Central Rail Station on December 20 th in Vancouver.

at the Hell's Angels. The Hit has never had a problem with them. He
traditionally kept to himself. Meanwhile, The Mysterious Financier
was financing Jimmy The Junkie and his crew in their lies in December
1998. The Canadian Train pulled through Edson, Evansburg, before
arriving in Edmonton at 1245 in the afternoon. The Hit remained on
the train in Edmonton. The Canadian Train pulled out of Edmonton
through Viking and Wainwright, before it entered Saskatchewan at Unity
too enter in the Central Time Zone. The Canadian train now cut
through -30 Celsius weather on steel tracks past Biggar to finally
arrive in Saskatoon on December 22 nd at 00:45 in the morning. When
the Canadian Train pulled into the VIA Rail Station, The Hit realized
that Jimmy The Junkie, his Crew, and the Mysterious Financier were
gambling their lives setting up the Hell's Angels in Vancouver. The
Hit worried about Cayla and her family, and he worried about their
safety. The trains horn sounded one last time at the train station,
and the Canadian Train came to a rest.

Police Department and the Ambulance Crew Report one of the first
things accomplished was a CT Scan (Computerized Axial Tomography or
CAT Scan) Procedure of his head on May 28 th 1999. From the notes,
The Hit took the procedure with a sense of humour, as he appeared to
be telling the same story as in this outline. However, for now those
of you without a medical degree, without contrast means it's a normal
Computerized Axial Tomography or CAT Scan. History would show that
this would not be the first normal Cat Scan! The medical terminology
indicates "the right lateral ventricle is slightly larger than the
left but this is considered to be within normal limits. The Intra
cranial structures are otherwise normal for the patient's age." As
the days started to slip away, the hospital staff would eventually get
the story straight.
