Erie Airpark Residents,

The Airport Manager, Jason Hurd, has extended an invitation to the Air Park community to sit down and discuss the airport. For those of you who are interested in attending, please provide a few dates and times that would work best for a meeting. You may also contact Vector Air directly to coordinate.

Thank you for sending this out and for helping open a channel for discussion with Jason and Vector. I appreciate the effort to create an opportunity for residents to sit down and discuss the airport issues directly.

I would be interested in attending if the date works. One scheduling note: the week of July 20–26 is EAA AirVenture/Oshkosh, and I suspect a number of Air Park residents may be out of town or otherwise unavailable that week (myself included), with some travel spillover on either side. It may be worth avoiding that window if the goal is to maximize resident participation.

For coordination, it may also be helpful to collect availability in one place through the group rather than having multiple residents separately contact Vector, but I defer to you and Jason on whatever process is easiest.

As you may have seen separately, I circulated the attached consolidated resident white paper this morning on the residential TTF fee framework and related Airport Fund issues. I do not expect everyone to read the full document, but for anyone planning to attend a discussion with you and Jason, it may be useful background because it consolidates the financial, legal, access-category, FAA, collection, and process questions that have been circulating since February.

I am glad to participate constructively and would appreciate being included once a date, time, and location are selected.
