Sierra Vista Zoning meeting - Reminder

Good morning Neighbors.

Just a planning reminder for next Tuesdays Sierra Vista Zoning change Neighborhood Meeting. BC Land has modified their original application (withdrawn at the Town Council meeting in April) and is currently in the process of reapplying to the Town of Erie to change the zoning of the parcel South of the Air park and just West of Bonanza Dr. The owners Representatives will present the new proposal (you can also see the proposal here:

BC Land, LLC will be conducting a neighborhood meeting regarding a land use application that is located near a property you own and is currently under review with the Town of Erie. The meeting is an opportunity for you to hear about the land use application and to have the opportunity to provide comments or concerns to BC Land, LLC.

APPLICATION TYPE:  Rezone and Minor Subdivision Plat

PROJECT NAME: Sierra Vista

PROJECT LOCATION: Northwest Corner of State Highway 7 and Bonanza Drive

Tim, there have several dates related to Draco, the golf course maintenance building, and the development of the Bonanza x Highway 7 property, that I would like to know the exact date and time of the meeting. Does anyone have any more recent updates for the other properties? Meetings and dates?

Hello Lou,

The HOA hasn’t been informed regarding any of the Draco items but we currently have the following upcoming dates for Air Park specific meetings:

Tues, Aug 4th, 6:00pm Sierra Vista rezoning - Neighborhood meeting Colo National Golf Clubhouse

Wed, Aug 19th, 6:30pm Maintenance yard - Planning commission Town Hall Board Room

More info and dates as we become aware of them.
