Save the date: annual meeting Feb 22

Hi all, 

Well be hosting our annual meeting at the Erie Community Center this year on Sat Feb 22.

Agenda includes 

* our standard year end 2024 summary

* a retry for voting on the bylaws updates from last year

* board nominations/elections

* Vote on outstanding budget items for 2025

As an added bonus, we've reserved the community room for an additional 60min following the official meeting as a place to discuss about the Town's cross-wind runway study. No town officials, so a good safe place to debate how (if?) we want to get involved in the process as a community in any way, and what the impacts might be for the whole community, not just those adjacent to the proposed development space.

If you have other items you'd like to add to the agenda, please let me know ASAP so I can coordinate.

Hey all, 

forgot to mention the time. We have the space from 11am - 2pm, but I expect the last 60-90min will be for the Runway "community discussion". 

Note I'll also drop off the normal postcard in a couple days once I've finalized the official agenda.
