Hi Neighbors,

For those following the Town’s Draco Pad / Erie mineral-rights issue, Town Council is reconsidering the matter Tuesday night. I know this has not been discussed much on this neighborhood list, but it is a significant Erie issue and may be of interest to some fellow Air Park residents.

I prepared an independent resident analysis using approximately 70 public/sourceable materials, including Town documents, agreement materials, public comments, reporting, and public social-media discussion. I also used AI-assisted tools to help organize the source materials and identify recurring public questions and concerns.

I prepared this as an Erie resident, not on behalf of any Council member, Town official, company, group, organization, or campaign. I have also submitted it to the Town Clerk and copied Town Council.
