Neighborhood rezoning meeting!

Hello Erie Air Park neighbors.
We’d like to remind everyone that there is an important Neighborhood Meeting regarding a proposed rezoning request and subdivision development of the field directly south of the Air Park (North of Hwy 7 and West of Bonanza Dr.) that is scheduled for this coming Tuesday, September 30th at 6:00pm:

Erie, County 80516
We encourage everyone to attend as this meeting will be our earliest opportunity to hear from and voice concerns to the developer, BC Land, LLC. They are proposing to rezone that 54.5 acres parcel of land from its current Low-Density Residential (LR) to 30 acres of Community Mixed Use (CMU) and 24.5 acres of Airport (AP). And additionally, rezone 5.9 acres from Community Commercial (CC) to Community Mixed Use (CMU).
