Hi all,

We're planning the annual HOA meeting for 1pm on Jan 17 at the Erie Community Center.

Agenda is light this year, so feel free to request any additional items be added, no later than 1/15.

Review 2025 Financial Report
Call for Board Nominations & Elections
Status of adjacent re-zoning/maintenance issues

We have a number of open positions on the Board this year. We would love to have some new volunteers, so please reach out if you're interested in joining us!

Hope this goes out to everyone - just a heads up that we have had a bobcat in the neighborhood these past few days.

Attached are a couple of pics I took of it this afternoon, after it came up to our Sunroom triple (window-door), then hung around the front driveway for a bit.
