Hello Lauren,

I found your name and email address on the Erie City website as the point of contact for Erie Airpark HOA. I am writing on behalf of the Rotary Club of Erie Colorado about a Free “Paint Dropoff” that is scheduled for Saturday, July 19, 2025.  I have taken the liberty of attaching a flyer for your review.

 

It would be great to share the event information with your community members and would appreciate your suggestions on how to spread the word. Does your HOA community have a “community events” section in the HOA newsletter that could include 2-3 sentences about it? Or a “community board” in your clubhouse or park to post the flyer? Or another means of communication that would be possible to tap into? Any help and guidance would be greatly appreciated.
