Dear Erie Airpark Homeowners,

In response to your request, I am sharing a brief update regarding the airport fee structure that may be of interest to the community.

During the AEDAB meeting held on July 16th, a Town representative provided a projected timeline for implementing the proposed airport fee structure. The recommendations for Commercial fees (port-a-port, aircraft tie-downs, fuel flowage, and ground lease rates) and Commercial Through-the-Fence (TTF) fees will be brought before Town Council at a study session in November, with potential implementation slated for December. Meanwhile, the Residential Through-the-Fence (RTTF) fee structure remains under legal review. It is not expected be brought before the Town Council until 2027, with implementation projected for 2028.
