Sierra Vista zoning meeting Tonight!

Good morning neighbors!

One last reminder of tonights Neighborhood meeting for the proposed Sierra Vista Rezoning.  BC Land has modified their original application (withdrawn at the Town Council meeting in April) and is currently in the process of reapplying to the Town of Erie to change the zoning of the parcel South of the Air park and just West of Bonanza Dr. The owner's Representatives will present their new proposal tonight at 6pm at the Golf Club Presidents room.

BC Land, LLC will be conducting a neighborhood meeting regarding a land use application that is located near a property you own and is currently under review with the Town of Erie. The meeting is an opportunity for you to hear about the land use application and to have the opportunity to provide comments or concerns to BC Land, LLC.
