Hi everyone,

Just wanted to send a list for the people we'll have working for the Achieve UC tour for middle school.  We're going to have the following people work from 9:30am - 1:30pm

Jaime, Jen, and Osvaldo: Please inform your site contacts that you will not be at the school site on the 4th and you have the option to work your normal hours at UC San Diego (i.e., if you work from 7:30 - 2:00pm then you can do data entry from 7:30 - 9:30; do the tour from 9:30 - 1:30; then data entry again from 1:30 - 2:00pm).  Please note that you can even make up that time a different day during your free time as long as you clear it with your CT ahead of time!
