The next Webinar TELE – Theoretical European Law & Economics – is scheduled on March 25, 2025 from 3:00 pm to 4:15 pm (Paris time). Our speaker, Scott Baker (Washington University in Saint Louis), will present the paper entitled: " Trademarks and Consumer Communication " co-authored with Kevin Collins (Washington University in Saint Louis). The abstract of the paper is in the attached file.

On your agenda: the program for the next meetings in 2025 is as follows. June 17: Massimo d'Antoni (University of Siena), October 14: Urs Schweizer (University of Bonn), and December 09: Katryn Spier (Harvard Law School)

The Webinar TELE (one presentation per slot) is dedicated to the presentation of theoretical papers (completed as well as in progress) in any field of Law and Economics. The speaker has 45/50 minutes for the presentation and there is 30/25 minutes for questions and comments.

WARNING : The webinar TELE is held by Zoom, and registering is mandatory in order to receive Zoom credentials. If you have never registered so far, please write asap to eric.l...@parisnanterre.fr (registering once is sufficient ...).
