Dear all,
The Centre for Competition Law and Economics at Stellenbosch University and the Brussels Centre for Competition Policy at Vrije Universiteit Brussel invite you to submit papers for the Workshop on Data-Related Remedies in Digital Platform Markets, taking place on Friday, 14 November 2025, in Stellenbosch, South Africa.
This workshop will bring together scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to explore (implications of) approaches to safeguarding competition in digital platform markets. Key topics of interest include platform neutrality, data-focused regulation, and structural remedies.
To participate, please submit an abstract (max. 500 words) by 25 April 2025 to bc...@vub.be and wim...@sun.ac.za with the subject line: "Workshop on Data-Related Remedies in Digital Platform Markets - Abstract Submission". Final papers are due by 3 October 2025.
Selected papers may be considered for publication in a special issue to be announced at a later date. The registration fee is $250, but is waived for PhD students.
