Reminder: Gerzensee law & economics courses 2025: consumer contracts, learning from evidence

Dear all,

 

at the Study Center Gerzensee, a beautiful conference center near Berne, Switzerland, I am involved in organizing law & economics courses for doctoral students and faculty members. The courses are heavily subsidized by the Swiss National Bank. The 2025 Gerzensee law & economics courses will address the following topics:

 

• Law & Economics of Consumer Contracts, taught by Omri Ben-Shahar (Chicago), and
• Learning from Evidence, taught by Julian Nyarko (Stanford).

 

Please note that both courses will take place concurrently during the same week from June 30 to July 4, 2025.
