Good morning, 

Another request, please. Can anyone share or advise where I can get Julius Caesar in Ukrainian or Russian?

Try this:  
Be wary though since I am not sure why Mr S  has become "shakescleare" but they offer a pdf of the play for downloading. Please feedback to everyone on the quality of this site that offers translations of all the plays.
I also have a memory of using this site or a similar one when I was working in Latvia in 2000. 
And a favour: The UNDP was paying for translations of Latvian short stories into English and if anyone has found them on the net please let me know.
