Using this website, I've created a number of bilingual books. They are a great tool both for EAL learners new enough to English that reading in the language is still a struggle and for students who have reached fluency, but don't have a chance to practice reading in their own language. They're also great prep for MFL GCSEs AND Enlish GCSE (if they can read, say, Animal Farm, in Polish first, then it'll be way easier to follow the English version and the classwork. 

The alignment is not always a 100% perfect, but this is intended as an informal resource and there's no professionally published equivalent except for the most classical of classics, which teens and kids aren't likely to be very interested in while struggling with one/two languages.
