spending funds for a multilingual library

Hi All,

I've been given a large budget for resources for a multilingual library for our primary school. I wanted to involve children in spending choices, but I don't have a lot of time.

Can people recommend things that might be good to get? Anything, from a favourite book title to technology etc? Links would be really helpful, as I only have today to spend the money! I know! Ridiculous, but we work with what we have!

I'm thinking that a mobile folding bookcase, so that we can change the location of the library to suit the audience and event will help us to get good use out of the books.

I'm looking as shelf dividers to help us keep things organised.

I thought some themed blankets/ cushions might be nice.
