Functional skills or ESOL for EAL pupils in Secondary

Hi

 

Can I ask if anyone is currently running ESOL and/or Functional Skills English lessons for EAL pupils who arrive in later secondary school years and are new to English in their school? 

 

A number of schools are receiving older pupils very new to English and would like to consider alternative options to complement their GCSE subjects. If you run any such qualifications it would be great to hear about how you have set this up.
