Dear Colleague,

Over the past 10 years we've made a conscious effort to expand our publications list so it includes anthologies and full-text study editions that offer something different from mainstream publishers. Working almost exclusively within the field of secondary English (not forgetting our Media teachers of course!) means that we have been able to get a sense of what really works in the classroom.

While our books are very reasonably priced, we're aware that some schools have a limited budget. That's why we're offering you the chance to get in touch by email to tell us about the bespoke package that would work best for your students. We'll then get back to you with a great offer!

School use our anthologies and full-text study editions in all kinds of ways. They're designed to be used with multiple year groups, so it's possible to share them across lots of classes. Lots of schools are also using them for tutor-time reading (not to mention tutor-time writing with Just Write and Write On). Short stories, poems and non-fiction pieces can be much more satisfying to read when time is such short supply. Reading a novel in tutor time takes up most of the year - not ideal if you want students to experience reading as relatively speedy unfolding process!
EMC Bespoke Packages - see what works for you!
EMC FREE - resources to accompany our anthologies and full-text editions
Best wishes,
