Reading Age assessment for EAL students

Hi. Hope it’s OK to ask this here. I’m trying to find out if there are reading age assessments in HHC languages that can be administered by non-native speaker teachers? For example, to show that (in this instance) a Portuguese speaker has a high reading age in their first language as a counter to their recorded low reading age in English.
