Post Graduate Diploma in EAL

For colleagues looking for high quality CPD and a formal qualification in EAL that can be achieved while still working, our online part-time Post Graduate Diploma in EAL might be just the thing for you.

The course consists of two taught models and a dissertation project for which you will work with your dedicated supervisor to conduct real-life research on your own setting. It is taught entirely online (with an orientation week in Oxford in the summer holidays). We cover the theory and empirical evidence that helps us understand the principles behind effective provision for EAL learners, and engage in meaningful activities around interpreting research for practice.

It is suitable both for educators in the UK and overseas.
