Hi all,

This is Shantee from Ashford Kent.

I was looking for some  secondary teachers' training slides or ideas , strategies to help our EAL students in general. Can someone share any ideas please.

Many thanks in advance.

Hi Shantee,

Here's some guidance from the Bell Foundation, specifically for secondary schools: https://www.bell-foundation.org.uk/resources/detail/classroom-guidance-and-strategies-to-support-eal-learners/

They also have some secondary-specific videos/webinars on their YouTube page: https://www.youtube.com/@thebellfoundation/videos

Good luck!

Probably the main incentive for me to pay my NALDIC subscription is the success of these informal inclusive discussion groups free for members and non members. I hope more colleagues join them and they thrive this year.
