EAL work experience/preparation for work resources

Good afternoon all

I am wondering if anyone might have used or could point me towards some resources to use with students who are new to English/developing proficiency to help them prepare for the world of work? This is to sit in lieu of work experience for them so we are really keen to get it right.

We have thought of things like preparing CVs or getting ready for interviews. What other skills might be useful to develop as part of this?
