DLUHC Homes for Ukraine education and childcare grant conditions of funding

Maria Callaghan <Maria.C...@durham.gov.uk>: Apr 19 07:21AM Does anyone know anything about certifying the Homes for Ukraine grant expenditure for 22/23? DLUHC was meant to issue a certification form in April, but we haven’t received anything yet.   The grant conditions state that: “Local authorities will be required to certify that they have passed on the correct amount of funding to schools or, where funding has been spent centrally, that it has been spent in line with these conditions of grant. They will spotlight state of the art research on theories of language and language learning and factors that support language and literacy development in bilingual/multilingual children.
