Pashto translation tool for speaking

Hi 
I have a newly arrived Pashto speaker who isn't literate in Pashto and speaks very little English. I have tried and failed to find a way of translating from English into Pashto and then being able to play the audio translation - as he can't read and I can't speak Pashto, using Google translate isn't useful for either of us!

There are other online tools....for loads of resources and links for just about every language on earth, I always go first to Omniglot.com
