Dear Toastmasters, 

I hope all of you are well and excited about our upcoming activities. 

As an effort to make club operations efficient and smooth, I urge all club members to register themselves on the club portal at EASY-SPEAK. 

You can think of Easy Speak as the FACEBOOK of Toastmasters International, only much more easier to use. 

With Easy Speak you can manage meetinsg attendance and roles, as well as track your speech projects and plan your progress with all the support from the club. Also easy-Speak software allows automating the agenda and freeing the VPE's time to do what is important - support and encourage the members.
