Club Elections for the term 2016-17 - Nominations Open

Dear Eagles,

It's time for change of guard at Eagle Toastmasters Club bringing a unique opportunity to all of you to be in a position of immense learning in leadership and management. Eagle Toastmasters this year has proved to be once again on a pinnacle of excellence as well as performance by becoming a President's Distinguished Club among various more accolades. I am confident that the motivation and drive for success that I see in each and every one of our members will bring the best out in the coming elections and our new executive committee will deliver above and beyond all expectations. 

On behalf of the nomination committee, I announce that nominations for the Executive Committee for the term 2016 –2017 are open.

Nominations are now open for:

• President

• Vice President -Education

• Vice President- Membership

• Vice President -Public Relations

• Treasurer

• Secretary

• Sergeant at Arms

 

Please review the attached document for details on the process and procedure for the election.  

I request all the members to send in their nomination by May 13th, 2016, so that we can have elections on June 20th, 2016. 

Email or send in your nominations PRIVATELY to me, TM Mohammad Al Areqi and/or TM Khaled Baharetha. 

Please state your name, position for which you are nominating yourself for, email id, contact phone #.

 

Important dates to remember:

2^nd May 2016: Nominations open

13^th May 2016: Nominations Close.

13^th May 2016 – 19^th June 2016: The Candidates may do their election campaigning. The Nominations Committee will verify candidature and release the slate with proposed          candidature list. 

20^th  June 2016: Elections at Eagle Toastmasters Club – Business session Open to members only.
