Respected Leaders,

  

This has reference to the District request for assigning proxy forms by all Club Presidents and Secretaries for the 'International Convention Business Session' to our District Governor DTM Joey Villanueva should they or any of their club members will not be attending the Toastmasters convention in Kuala Lumpur from 20-23 August, 2014.  

 

Please find attached a list of clubs which are yet to assign their proxies.   .

 

Let our voices from District 79 be heard in the International Business Session and let us elect the best candidates for the Toastmasters International Offices. 

 

Please request all your respective Club Presidents and Secretaries to assign their proxies urgently. Club Presidents and Secretaries who are still on vacation are also requested to spare a few minutes for assigning their proxies.

 

If any Club Leader has difficulty in checking the proxy forms, the Division Governor or Area Governor or any of the District Officers will be pleased to assist them.

 

Please Log in Toastmasters International website, go to the CLUB CENTRAL and look for 'assign proxy'. Click it and type in your name to signify that you are assigning the current District Governor as proxy and submit. 

 

Appreciate your prompt action and confirmation by 12th August.

 

Those Club Leaders,  who have already assigned their proxies, please ignore this request.
